(wiki)
The third published book of The Chronicles of Narnia. The story begins with Edmund and Lucy Pevensie staying for a time with some of their relatives; including, to their displeasure, their cousin Eustice Scrubb. Then, amidst a trying conversation, Eustice is portaled with Edmund and Lucy into the world of Narnia. Unfortunately for them, they fall into the ocean upon arrival.
After a quick rescue by a dear friend, Lucy and Edmund adapt quickly to this new sea-faring adventure. The same cannot be said for their cousin Eustice, who tries the patience of all aboard the Dawn Treader.
Edmund and Lucy embrace the long and adventurous rescue mission of those manning the ship, and discover many new and hidden things of the world. Eustice’s character grows through harsh realities, grave mistakes, and a fateful meeting with Aslan.
Although the Voyage finally comes to an end for all, there is always more to come. However, those future adventures may come to those unexpected.
